Shouldnt we all eat to achieve fitness?...you might ask
A great question, with not so a straight forward answer, but since my job is to make it simple for you, here it is....
We should all aim to eat HEALTHY. "Eating for Health" will help improve our quality of life. However "Eating for Fitness" has a little twist to it. These are some of the factors that are influenced when considering "Eating for Fitness"
You want want to cut down a couple of those extra pounds you are carrying...faster
You want to have more energy when going to the gym
You want your muscles to grow bigger or maybe not necessarly bigger but, you want that six pack to finally show up
Keep in mind that those factors might indicate a healthier style of living but, living a healthier life does not necesseraly require that your six pack shows. So, in this section I am going to help you navigate the world of eating with the goal of being fit. Note that as a CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER specific recommendations or programming for nutrient or nutritional intake, caloric intake, or specific diets are outside my scope of work. I will aid you navigate thru the different available federal government-developed and/or endorsed guidelines, i.e. or www.ChooseMyPlate.gov, so you can be better informed of the options you have given your situation.
